I’m very anxious about the dentist
We see dental anxiety not simply as “fear,” but as a response involving both the body and the nervous system. That is why listening to you, understanding what you need, and helping you feel safe throughout your treatment are an important part of our approach. We explain each step in advance, pause whenever needed, and gently guide you to become aware of your breath and any tension in your body. During treatment, simply raising your hand is enough for us to stop. Our aim is not only to complete the treatment, but to make the whole experience as calm, mindful, and attuned to your own pace as possible.

If you are in pain during working hours, we can usually see you the same day; outside working hours, we give you a priority appointment on the next working day.

Our aim is to provide every patient with a safe, controlled treatment environment that meets high standards of hygiene. – Autoclave sterilization – Instruments in sterile pouches, opened in front of you – Single-use bibs, covers and tips – Ultrasonic cleaning before sterilization – Sterilization indicator in every cycle – Surface disinfection after every patient – Dental unit waterline disinfection
