Privacy

This page explains what information is collected when you use the site, what it is used for, how long it is kept and who receives it. We have kept it short.

Data controller

The company that runs the clinic is legally responsible for patient data and for the information collected on this site: RAJADENT HEALING CENTER LTD.

Appointment form

When you send the form we store your name, your phone number, the service you selected and your question, if you wrote one.

We use these only to reply to you and to arrange your appointment. We never trade them, and never put you on a mailing list.

There is no need to share medical details in the form; you go through those with your dentist at your appointment.

Some technical details are stored alongside: your IP address, your browser, which page you arrived on and which link brought you here. These help us understand which channels actually bring enquiries, and filter out automated spam.

Retention

Requests sent through the website form are kept for 6 months. Patient records at the clinic are kept for the period required by law.

Who receives patient information

Patient information is shared with:

the dental laboratory
the imaging centre
accounting
the clinic management software

After you send the form, the conversation continues on WhatsApp. WhatsApp is operated by Meta, and your messages there are subject to Meta’s own terms. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, you can call the clinic instead.

Measurement

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta pixels or any other visitor-tracking tools on this site. If that changes, we will say so here before switching anything on.

Cookies

The site uses one session cookie that it needs to work — it is what makes form submission secure, and it cannot be switched off. No advertising or analytics cookies are set.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Hostinger. The server keeps ordinary request logs.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Send your request by e-mail (rajadentcyprus@gmail.com) or on WhatsApp (+90 533 841 5888).
