Cancelling or rescheduling

If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you let us know as early as possible. This allows us to reschedule your appointment and offer the reserved time to another patient who may need it.

Treatment and results

No dental treatment suits every patient, and no outcome can be guaranteed. Every treatment carries risks, and whether an option is suitable for you depends on your teeth, your gums, your general health and your medication. That is decided only after an examination.

Your dentist talks you through the steps, the alternatives and what to expect, and answers your questions, before anything is started.

If you are unhappy with the result

If you have any concerns about the outcome of your treatment, we encourage you to contact us. We will first listen to your concerns, arrange a follow-up appointment if needed, and review the situation together. Our aim is to manage the process with open communication and mutual trust, and to discuss the most appropriate next steps with you when necessary.

Fees

Fees depend on the treatment plan agreed with you after your examination. Ask us for details before you decide.

Refunds

Refunds are assessed according to the stage of treatment. Payments made for treatments that have not yet started may be refunded. If treatment has already begun, any completed procedures, custom laboratory work, and third-party costs already incurred will be deducted before the remaining amount is considered for refund.

Photographs on this site

Before-and-after photographs are published only with the patient’s written consent, and results differ from person to person.

Your data

The details you send are used for one thing only: replying to you and arranging your appointment. They are never traded, and nothing you tell us about your health is used for advertising. You can ask us at any time to see or delete your data. Full details are in our privacy notice.
